• An MHK who’s long campaigned for changes to the Budget process says it finally looks like international best practice will be brought in on the Isle of Man.
• Tynwald approved a series of recommendations this week from a committee that’s been looking into how the Budget system works.

3FM · Culture13:23 Judge Jules announces Island gig • A legendary DJ once voted the best in the world will play an Island nightclub later this year. • Judge Jules, who’s just been awarded an MBE, will be at Bench on Athol Street in Douglas on Saturday, December 12. • He rose to prominence in the 1990s and spent 25 years presenting shows for Radio 1.

3FM · Transport07:52 Motorway delays may hit ferry passengers enroute to Heysham • Passengers on the early morning ferry from Heysham should leave themselves a little extra time to get to the port this month. • National Highways says it’s resurfacing the M6’s northbound lane between junctions 33 and 34. • It’ll mean that section of motorway will close from 9pm to 6.30am each weeknight, and until 7.30am each Saturday, from Monday, June 29 until Saturday, July 18.

The Department for Enterprise often targets those who use the letters TT, which it trademarked in 2012.
